Non-executive Director: Jonathan Hill

Jonathan is a banker and the chief executive officer of General Capital Group Plc ("General Capital”). His early career was spent with Barclays and the Royal Bank of Scotland group. Since 2000, he has specialised in structuring and, through General Capital, providing mezzanine, convertible and other forms of secondary debt. He has wide experience of providing financial re-construction for both private and traded companies and is a non-executive director of AIM quoted Earthport Plc.
