Resignation of a Director – Tony Baldry

The Board of SPDG Technologies Plc has accepted the resignation of its non-executive Chairman, Mr Tony Baldry MP, further to a Board Meeting on 24th January 2007.

The Chief Executive Officer, Michael Cunningham OBE expressed his gratitude to Mr Baldry for his efforts on behalf of the Company during its first year on the PLUS market, and wished him every success with his other activities.

A replacement non-executive Chairman has been approached and the Company anticipates that an announcement will be made in the near future. In the interim, Michael Cunningham will act as non executive Chairman and CEO.
