New Company Secretary

SPDG Technologies Plc (PLUS Market: SPDG) is pleased to announce that it has appointed Nicholas Foster of Orchard Brayton Graham LLP ("OBG") as Company Secretary.

Chairman, Michael Cunningham OBE, expressed his satisfaction at the appointment: "This is part of the ongoing process to strengthen our support team. Nicholas and OBG are well known to us and Nicholas will add considerable stability to the management of SPDG Technologies."
